Products & Availability
DualTone Fashion offers clothing and fashion accessories for men and women.
Products may be available as ready stock or on a pre-order basis. Availability may change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the quantity of any product at any time.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge that dispatch timelines may vary depending on product availability and whether the item is ready stock or pre-order.
Pre-Order Products
Certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis.
Pre-order items may require additional processing time beyond our standard dispatch period. Estimated timelines, where applicable, will be mentioned on the respective product page.
Orders containing both ready-stock and pre-order products may be shipped together once all items become available unless otherwise specified.
Product Images, Colours & Variations
We strive to display product colours, designs, and details as accurately as possible.
However, actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, lighting conditions, and device displays. Such differences shall not be considered defects.
Minor variations in colour, print placement, fabric texture, embroidery, stitching, embellishments, or handcrafted details may occur and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Size & Fit Responsibility
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing product descriptions, measurements, and size charts before placing an order.
Orders will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to sizing issues, fit concerns, or personal preferences.
Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
In the event of pricing errors, technical issues, or incorrect product information, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order and issue a refund where applicable.
Payments
All orders must be prepaid.
We accept payments through Razorpay-supported payment methods, including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, and other payment methods offered through Razorpay.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
In the event of duplicate payments, any excess amount received will be refunded to the original payment method after verification.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation only before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity, misuse of promotional offers, pricing errors, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched according to the timelines mentioned in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, regional restrictions, transportation delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
DualTone Fashion shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.
Customer Information & Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information while placing orders.
If an incorrect address, phone number, or delivery information is provided, DualTone Fashion shall not be responsible for failed deliveries, delays, lost shipments, or returned packages.
Customers may contact us before dispatch if any corrections are required.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or failed delivery attempts will not be refunded. Reshipping may be arranged upon payment of additional shipping charges.
Package Acceptance
Customers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery.
If the package appears tampered with, damaged, opened, or suspicious, customers should refuse delivery and contact DualTone Fashion immediately.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Fit issues
Colour preference
Personal preference
Delays caused by courier services
Damaged or Incorrect Products
An exchange may only be considered if:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
A complete and uninterrupted unboxing video is provided from the moment the sealed package is opened.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Damage claims reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.
Approval of exchange requests remains solely at the discretion of DualTone Fashion after verification.
Sale & Promotional Items
Products purchased during sales, promotions, clearance events, special offers, or using discount codes are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, branding, graphics, product photographs, videos, designs, text, layouts, and other materials, is the property of DualTone Fashion.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, downloading, commercial use, redistribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
