 Order Processing time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 5–7 working days from the date of order confirmation.

During periods of high order volume, dispatch may take longer than usual.

In case of any significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping charge of ₹39 is applicable on all orders.

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid before dispatch.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 1–7 business days across India, depending on the destination.

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier service availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size preference, color preference, or personal liking.

Exchange requests will only be considered if you receive a damaged or incorrect product.

To be eligible for an exchange, customers must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Any damage or incorrect product concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns.

Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect items that meet the conditions mentioned above.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to locations across India only.

International shipping is not available at this time.
